We work to make sure product names, descriptions, specifications, images and prices are accurate. Small differences in color or finish may occur because of screen settings, photography or manufacturer updates. The products offered in our current catalog are brand new.

Brand names, trademarks and logos of third-party manufacturers belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we sell.

Prices and availability

All prices are in US dollars. Prices and availability can change without notice. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, or becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you before shipping. You can then confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when we confirm it by email and payment has been received. We may decline or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing errors or incorrect shipping details. If we cancel an order after payment, you receive a full refund.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by the payment provider selected at checkout, including Stripe or PayPal. Available methods and eligible digital wallets are shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card details. By paying, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Shipping and delivery

We ship free of charge to addresses in the United States. Orders are delivered within 6–9 business days, processing included. Full details are in our Shipping Policy. Please make sure your shipping address is correct; extra costs caused by an incorrect address may be charged to you.

Returns and refunds

You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Conditions, return shipping costs and refund timing are explained in our Refund and Returns Policy.

Warranty

Products may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, subject to the manufacturer’s terms. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, modification, improper storage or not following the manufacturer’s care instructions is not covered. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

Customer accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity in your account. Let us know right away if you think your account has been used without your permission.

The Simonx name, logo, website design and original text and images on this website belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your state of residence.
